If your item arrives in a damaged condition or if you are unhappy with it for any reason, you will have 30 days from the day you receive the package to return the item for a full refund or exchange. All Black Friday, and Flash Sale items are final sale.

Any item purchased at an event or festival is FINAL SALE and non-refundable, non-returnable, unless the item is defective. 
All Black Friday & Boxing Week Sale purchases are final sale. All coupon codes except gift cards will be disabled during Black Friday Sale Period (due to prices being automatically discounted). All orders will be shipped out via Canada Post.

If your order was damaged or defective upon receipt, please attach a photo of the defect. Please note that refunds will only be issued for items that are unworn and unwashed with tags attached (unless the item was damaged upon receipt). Please state in your email the return address, and reason for return or exchange.

After your return or exchange has been approved by e-mail, please include in your return package your order number, and receipt.

-Ship the item(s) back using Canada Post or the shipping provider of your choice using a tracking number. If you choose to ship an item as regular service letter mail without tracking number, we cannot be held responsible if the package does not arrive back to our store. Packaging it up as small as possible will reduce the costs. Please note that it can take up to six weeks for an internationally-bound shipment to be returned to us.

When we receive your package , we will process your refund or exchange. You will receive a refund notification via e-mail. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement or banking account. If your item is to be exchanged due to an error in fulfilling the order or defect we will cover the cost of shipping and will email you a return shipping label.  If you wish to return or exchange for personal reasons (wrong size chosen, not suitable, etc), we will not be responsible for the shipping charges.
We recommend our garments be washed in cold water and tumbled dried in a low heat, but hang-dry works best. Iron inside-out with cool temperature. Do not iron on the print. Avoid using bleach and fabric softeners. Over-washing will cause the water-based inks used on our screen printed tops to fade faster.
Yes, you are able to add to or modify an existing order. Please call our store at 416-828-7283 or email to make this request as soon as possible.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at or 416-828-7283. All orders that have been canceled before being processed/shipped will be refunded to your card of purchase. We are not able to cancel an order after it has already been processed/shipped. If it’s too late to cancel the order, you can return it once received and we will refund you.
At this point in time we are not taking orders over the phone. Purchases can be made at our shop via;
Nauê gift cards can be purchased online HERE (inserir o link pra pagina do Gift Card). Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. We don’t issue physical gift cards in order to keep things environmentally friendly.
The voucher code is entered at the checkout step. Enter the code in the voucher field, the total amount of your order will be recalculated and you will clearly see how much has been reduced.
You will receive an email notice confirming your purchase and the status of your order immediately. We ship all orders within 24 hours on business days. Holidays may affect this time. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notifying you of shipment and your tracking number.

Shipping fee will be added to your order and visible at checkout before finalizing your order. Shipping is based on destination country and we offer free shipping on orders over $100.00 CAN.

Orders are shipped from Toronto, ON and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Canadian orders take 3-10 business days to arrive and are sent via oversized letter mail or light packets. US orders take 4-14 business days to arrive and are sent via light or small packets. International orders take 4-5 weeks to arrive.
Yes, we ship worldwide from Toronto, ON. Please note that international orders are subject to applicable customs and import fees. Shipping times vary widely internationally, and delays are always possible. International buyers are responsible for any additional tariffs, VATs, import and duty fees. We are required by law to declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. Please be aware of your country's policies before you place your order.
Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the postal service to deliver the package if you chose the non-tracked shipping option. Reasonable wait times are 3 weeks in Canada and 4-5 weeks outside of Canada. Cases of undelivered packages will be looked at individually. If shipping information, such as an address, is misspelled by a customer, the package will be shipped back to Nauê Inc. We can reship the order with proper address, however, we will recharge for shipping fees. We are not responsible if the item is lost due to theft, improper address, change of address or incomplete address. If all options are exhausted and the item still has not shown up, we will charge a replacement fee to send out a new item.
